Custom Training programs for your group

We offer custom classroom HACCP training for corporate clients who desire an in-house program.
You may wish to schedule a custom HACCP training workshop for your company (minimum 10 persons).

We offer the following International HACCP Alliance accredited courses in a classroom format:

  1. HACCP Principles for Produce
  2. Managing HACCP Principles at Retail

Our approach to classroom training mirrors our online approach, interactive, informative and fast paced. Our instructors are degreed, skilled practitioners in food safety with extensive industry, government and academic experience. The classroom courses provide a certification upon completion of the required course objectives and the International HACCP Alliance accreditation upon successful examination (see below).

Courses may be scheduled in one or two day sessions, depending on the size of the group. We recommend that persons attending the course have a fundamental grasp of sanitation before taking these HACCP courses. While we discuss GMP, GRP, and GAP as prerequisites, the details of sanitation are best addressed by programs of instruction such as the “National Registry of Food Safety Professionals”.

Students should come prepared with their flow charts for their operations, or recipes in food service. We will provide example flow charts, but one goal is to prepare you to develop your own HACCP plans as an outcome of the course.


Our courses are validated through classroom activities that must be completed, and through examination. Examination in the Managing HACCP Course at Retail is through the Prometric Exam, HACCP Manager, this exam is accredited and closed book. We also use PRE TEST-POST TEST examination process for the HACCP Principles for Produce course. The POST TEST is an open book exam. The Prometric Exam HACCP Manager passing score is 75%. Post test HACCP Principles for Produce passing score is 70%. Please bring a picture ID.
